Benefits:
In this variation of Mountain movement, the entire body is stretched from your feet to your interlaced fingers, particularly your shoulders, arms, wrists and fingers. The mind becomes alert and one gains insight into the patterns of holding in the body. As you practise, becoming more aware of the patterns held in the body, you may notice that you are becoming more aware of the unconscious patterns, playing out in your daily life.
Contraindications:
If you have High Blood Pressure do not raise your arms above your head. If you have a wrist injury, practise with out your finger interlaced.
