Tadasana

What happens now that you bring these tips into the full pose instruction back at Yogasync.tv?

Benefits:
Tada in Sanskrit means mountain. Practising this movement gives rise to a sense of stability, stillness, steadiness and powerfulness associated with mountains. Tadasana is a base movement and therefore the foundation for all the standing postures. Contraindications:
If you are seriously ill, and can not even practise this movement, practise, savasana and gentle lying pranayama practices
